- I hereby confirm that my previous dance school is aware of my move to Echo Dance and that all fees has been settled.
- Statements are sent monthly, if you join mid-month we will invoice you pro-rata.
- Registration Fee for returning students is due by December 5th. Students that will not be returning the following year must submit a written notice before December 5th including December payment. December will then serve as your notice month.
- New students must pay their full registration fee with their first class fees, irrespective of enrolment date.
- Tuition fees are calculated per year and divided into 12 monthly payments (JAN-DEC).
- Tuition fees are payable in advance and are due on the 5th of every month regardless of school and public holidays.
- All accounts outstanding after the 5th will automatically be charged with a 25% penalty fee.
- If tuition fees are in arrears your dancer will not be allowed to enter for examinations or competitions.
- All fees paid will be allocated to outstanding class fees first. If you are experiencing financial difficulty please contact us to make arrangements.
- Tuition fees are set and students that miss classes are not entitled to a fee reduction.
- Fees for examinations, compititions, workshops, concerts or any other fees are not included in the class fees.
- Fees are not refundable, should a dancer enter for the above mentioned events and withdraw or is withdrawn for ANY reason.
- Should a dancer wish to terminate their enrolment, for any reason whatsoever, the dancer must provide a 1 (one) calender month written notice.
- Should a dancer terminate their enrolment during the months of October or November, 2 (two) calender months notice will be applicable.
INDEMNITY
- Echo Dance will hold in its sole discretion the final say as to the suitability of a student to be entered for examinations competitions and/or shows and may withdraw or hold back from any such specified events, any student which in opinions of the studio, appears to be inadequately prepared due to poor attendance and/or performances.
- By enrolling at Echo Dance, you as the parent/guardian and/or student give their permission to use any photos/videos taken during class rehearsals, competitions, concerts and/or workshops or any other social event organised by Echo Dance, to be used on social media may it be for advertising, news coverage or any other commercial use, UNLESS you specifically request in writing not to do so.
- Despite precautions being taken by Echo Dance, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this contract parents/guardians agree to release responsibilityfrom Echo Dance, including all employees from any cause of action, claims or demands now and in the future and will not hold Echo Dance liable for any accident or death, injuries, illness, damage and/or losses suffered by you and/or the student during dance lessons, rehearsals, performances, functions, outings and tours.
